jimena herrero
artistic director | acting coach
Jimena Herrero holds an MFA degree from the Actors Studio Drama School and has enriched her craft through diverse acting workshops worldwide. Her training includes immersion in various acting techniques such as Grotowski (Italy), Barba (Cuba), Clown (Mexico City/NYC), and Butoh (Italy), among others.
With a versatile portfolio spanning both stage and screen, Jimena has showcased her talent in notable productions including "Adam and The Water" (Dir. Matthew Appleby), "The Metamorphosis of Ismaila Ba" (Dir. Malik Isasis), "Goodbye Grandpa" (Dir. Emiliano Casanova), and "Distillation" (Dir. Diana Salgado).
Beyond her own performances, Jimena's profound passion lies in coaching and nurturing talent from diverse backgrounds, reflecting her commitment to the growth and evolution of the acting community.

victor marana
former artistic director | founder
Victor is a SAG-E/AEA, bilingual/binational actor with over 15 years of experience in theatre, T.V. and voiceover in the U.S. and Mexico. His T.V. credits include co-star roles on Netflix, NBC, Starz+ and guest star roles for Mexico's Televisa/Univision. As a voice over actor, Victor has worked for T-Mobile, The Onion Podcast and Disney/Pixar Latinamerica. He is a graduate of the Masters in Theatre from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London.
Former artistic director of The Performing Arts Studio in Chicago, where he helped numerous actors start their careers, book gigs, and get represented by agents.

Elisa Alemparte is a highly accomplished Latina actress, educator. Holding an MFA from the Actors Studio Drama School, she has cultivated a distinguished career spanning over a decade across Chilean theatre, film, and television. Her most recent feature film "Adam and the Water," receipt widespread recognition at esteemed festivals including the DCIFF, Maryland International Film Festival, Paris Independent Film Festival, and Manhattan Film Festival.
Elisa has pursued intensive training at renowned institutions including the LAByrinth Theatre Ensemble in NYC, the Jerzy Grotowski Workcenter in Italy, Meisner studies at the Escuela International de Cine y TV in Cuba, and the Linklater Workcenter in New York.

Jack graduated from the MA Actor Training and Coaching programme at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in December 2022. Before graduating, he made his directorial debut with Curtain Call Creative on their 2022 stage production of Made In Dagenham: The Musical. In 2014, Jack graduated from the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts with a BA (Hons) Acting, having previously graduated from the One Year Acting Intensive Course at Performance Preparation Academy, Guildford. As a voice over artist, Jack has recorded radio advertisements for Simply Warmer, the Aloha App and provided the voices for the Nurglings in the Warhammer III: Total War video game. His theatrical acting credits include Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Toad in The Wind in the Willows Musical and Buttons in Cinderella: The Pantomime productions at the Groundlings Theatre, Portsmouth. He has also performed at the Royal Albert Hall, the London Palladium, Trafalgar Studios, the Royal Exchange Theatre Manchester, and Disneyland Resort Paris.

I trained at the Focus Theatre (Stanislavski method) in Dublin for many years, With Tim McDonnell as my coach. The Focus Theatre was founded by Deirdre O’Connell. An Actor/Teacher/Director from New York who trained at The Actors Studio. She taught many actors including Gabriel Byrne.
