Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are eligible for a full refund if submitted at least one week prior to the program’s start date. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. If you miss a session in a multi-week program, we do not offer credits of any kind, including partial credits. Once the cancellation deadline has passed, no credit or partial credit will be issued for any session or program. However, you are welcome to attend your missed session during a future program, subject to availability. If Performing Arts Studio or an industry member (casting director, agent, manager, filmmaker, etc.) needs to cancel a class or event for any reason, the amount you paid for the event will be returned to your Performing Arts Studio account respectively. There will be no credit card refunds under any circumstance.
