Cancellation Policy

Performing Arts Studio is an educational institution dedicated to professional training in acting and communication. All classes, workshops, showcases, and educational programs are offered solely for instructional purposes and are not auditions or employment opportunities. Participation by casting directors, talent agents, managers, or other industry professionals does not guarantee employment, auditions, or professional representation. Performing Arts Studio does not offer or procure employment, secure representation, or guarantee career outcomes. Individual success depends on each actor's talent, preparation, professionalism, and the opportunities available within the entertainment industry. Cancellation & Refund Policy Tuition and program fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your enrollment at least 24 hours before the start of your class or program, you will receive a full credit that may be applied toward a future Performing Arts Studio class or program. Credits will not be issued for cancellations made after the class or program has begun. If you miss a session in a multi-week program, we do not offer credits of any kind, including partial credits. Once the cancellation deadline has passed, no credit or partial credit will be issued for any session or program. However, you are welcome to attend your missed session during a future program, subject to availability. If Performing Arts Studio or an industry member (casting director, agent, manager, filmmaker, etc.) needs to cancel a class or event for any reason, Performing Arts Studio will provide an additional class within the following program to make up for the cancelled session. There will be no credit card refunds under any circumstance.
