Acting Workout is a practice space built to keep actors in peak creative shape. Think of it as your weekly gym for the craft—where technique, instinct, and artistry stay alive, sharp, and constantly evolving.
In every session, you’ll receive targeted, character-specific feedback that strengthens your choices, deepens your emotional truth, and raises the overall impact of your performance. Through a variety of acting methodologies, we’ll push beyond habitual patterns to unlock new colors, rhythms, and nuances in your work.

bEGINNER ActING Workout

This session is designed for actors at the start of their careers who want to deepen their skills and apply them to monologues and scenes they’ve been eager to explore, or continue practicing with material provided by our coaches. It’s also ideal for performers seeking strong monologues to add to their repertoire and have ready for upcoming auditions, as well as those looking to put their newly learned techniques into consistent practice.
Actors can explore new material each week or dedicate their time to refining a single piece they want to perfect.
At the end of the program, actors will get a comprehensive list of agents in N.Y and L.A. so they can start submitting for representation.
Saturdays 12pm to 3pm ET

Intermediate ActING Workout

This intermediate-level session is designed for actors who already have a foundation of training and are ready to deepen and refine their acting skills through focused work on monologues and scenes they’ve been wanting to explore. It is ideal for performers seeking to strengthen their audition repertoire with polished, compelling monologues, as well as actors wanting to work material for upcoming shows.
Actors may explore new material each week or choose to focus their time on refining and elevating a single piece to a performance-ready level.
At the end of the program, actors will get a comprehensive list of agents in N.Y and L.A. so they can start submitting for representation.

ADVANCED ActING Workout

This advanced-level session is designed for experienced actors seeking to elevate their craft through highly detailed, in-depth work on monologues and scenes. Whether preparing material from a script for an upcoming film or stage production, or getting ready for a high-stakes audition, or just expanding their acting skills, this class focuses on bringing performances to a fully realized, performance-ready level. Actors will refine their acting skills with precision, specificity, and emotional depth, working closely with coaches on text analysis, character development, and technical execution.
At the end of the program, actors will get a comprehensive list of agents in N.Y and L.A. so they can start submitting for representation.

MEET YOUR COACH

victor marana
Artistic director | Coach/Actor
Victor is a SAG-E/AEA, bilingual/binational actor with over 15 years of experience in theatre, T.V. and voiceover in the U.S. and Mexico. His T.V. credits include co-star roles on Netflix, NBC, Starz+ and guest star roles for Mexico's Televisa/Univision. As a voice over actor, Victor has worked for T-Mobile, The Onion Podcast and Disney/Pixar Latinamerica. He is a graduate of the Masters in Theatre from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London.
He opened the PAS in 2017 with the main goal of sharing his expertise and helping actors reach their full potential through a positive and empowering pedagogy.
