Screen Techniques from World-Class Academies
Our Screen Acting Program explores on-camera acting and audition techniques inspired by world-renowned academies in London and New York, alongside practical training in the business of acting.

Structured across three modules of six sessions, the training progresses from understanding the actor's relationship to the camera to self-directing auditions that standout in the casting room.​ Actors also build portfolios and casting profiles while gaining access to U.S. and U.K. agency resources.

Each module builds progressively from foundational screen techniques to professional audition work, preparing actors with the craft, industry tools, and experience needed to pursue opportunities in today’s film and TV industry.

Acting & Camera Fundamentals
(July 21 - August 29)
This module introduces actors to the core principles of truthful on-camera performance. Through work on physicality, voice, rhythm, intention, and movement dramaturgy, actors develop a deeper relationship with the camera and learn how behavior, thought, and presence translate truthfully on screen. The sixth session is led by an industry professional who provides feedback on the actors’ work and helps them develop strong, industry-ready headshots and résumés. Monologue & Scene Study
(September 1 - October 10)
Module II centers on applying on-camera technique to scripted material through monologues, partnered scenes, and audition work. Actors learn how to work dynamically with a reader, build specific and playable choices, and create layered screen characters that feel grounded, spontaneous, and emotionally alive in front of the camera. The sixth session is led by an industry professional who reviews the actors’ work and guides them in building strong casting profiles to begin pursuing auditions professionally. Self-Directing Tapes
(October 13 - November 21)
Module III trains actors to independently create professional-quality self-tapes for today’s industry. Through work on framing, lenses, lighting, sound, directing, and scene practice, actors learn how to shape compelling auditions from both sides of the camera while developing the technical confidence and artistic judgment expected in professional casting environments.
