Find your flow, calm your mind and enjoy movement to strengthen and stretch tight muscles with our 50-minute Vinyasa style yoga class. This class is lead by Health Coach and Yogi, Andrea Davidson and welcomes all levels, whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi. Destress, let go and have fun among a community of friends and neighbors. Andrea will guide the class through a continual flow and offer modifications along with way.
When thinking about the atmosphere and experience we wanted to offer students, two things came to mind. Community and creativity. Our Vinyasa Yoga class offers the opportunity to meet locals in the area and maybe even run into a familiar face of someone you haven’t personally met. Located in the heart of Lincoln Park was the perfect setting to begin a community centered yoga practice. We are honored to welcome a space to serve our community and neighbors.

Meet your Instructor ANDREA DAVIDSON
Andrea Davidson is a certified health coach and yoga instructor who is passionate not only about what you put in your body, but how you move your body to transform your mind and overall health. She emphasizes a lifestyle with a focus on understanding your individual priorities and reducing stress through diet, movement and mindset. Reconnecting to what's important to you in life and reducing stress throughout the process is priority #1 when achieving A Happier Health! She truly believes happiness directly correlates to how we feel inside and out.

Good news! Andrea has led many yoga classes with students of all abilities, from beginners to head standers. She guides her students through each pose, offering modifications for all ability levels. You will never find yourself lost with nowhere to go.

"Should I Bring My Own Yoga Mat”?
We do encourage students to bring a mat. Most of the time students prefer using a mat they are familiar with. If you don’t have a yoga mat of your own yet, or are coming straight from work, we have you covered. Mats are available for class use.
